Positive: It was clean and Dede was very nice and accommodating 😊. It was such a nice bonus to have the boat tour as part of the stay !

Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was an occasional smoker below our balcony.

Positive: Conveniently located at the site of the boat tour we took to Bolt Castle. Very old building but they have actually some a great job keeping it up. Favorite room was the sun room off the kitchen. It overlooked the water and is great for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Negative: No personal contact at all. You walk in, grab your key, go to your room. No one to ask questions of but all in all it worked out, we figured it out.

Positive: Location was beautiful. Room was spacious. The fact that you could choose to have a breakfast and got complimentary boat tour tickets included in the very reasonable price was awesome.

Negative: The portable ac units could not keep up so, couldn’t get a good break from the heat. I am of average height and stood about a foot above the shower head.

Negative: Not walking distance to town but very quick, easy drive.

Positive: They really offer you all you need, and more for coffee, they're breakfast, juices, and treats! The boat ride was exceptional, and comes with the stay. The bed in bedroom very comfortable! The place was peaceful, and homey. We stayed in room 5. Peaked at a few of the other rooms, all extremely nice!

Negative: Need to tell people many steep stairs to room 5, and steps to get to all rooms. If you're over 6'2" you'll have issues with ceiling height. Very low. To say room 5 can sleep 4 adults is not true. The couch, makes into a bed is uncomfortable as a couch, and no way 2 adults could sleep on it. maybe a child. We could only sit on it made into a bed, and it was still very uncomfortable. The position of the couch is not good, we moved it to see the partial view of the river. A large tree covers half of it. A very small deck, just enough for 2 chairs, but again the tree completely blocks the sunset. The outside I pray they have plans to fix up. It meet all my expectations, except the View, and comfort of living room seating.
