Positive: The house is spacious and well built with a lot of natural materials. The ground floor stayed nice and cool, even during 30 degree days. It also has nice facilities like an induction stove and a washing machine. The house also has multiple spots to sit outside and enjoy the weather as well as a swimming lake at walking distance. The owner is very responsive and willing to help.

Negative: The shower is powered by an electric boiler, so if multiple people want to shower you need to be quick.

Summary: Great hand built house with nice facilities.
