Positive: We had an absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful apartment in the mountains! The location is breathtaking – nestled in a charming village that is the "home" village of the famous Schellenursli (A bell for Ursli) tale. Just above the village, there is a wonderful family-friendly hike that follows the journey from the tale, making it a magical experience for children and adults alike. In the village itself, you can also visit a small but charming museum dedicated to Schellenursli, adding a unique cultural touch to the stay. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the spacious terrace, where we spent mornings, afternoons and evenings soaking in the peaceful mountain views. One of the highlights for our daughter (and for us!) was the presence of animals on the property – friendly dwarf goats, a pony and a horse, and a cat that loved to be petted. It added such a special touch to our stay and kept our little one happily entertained. The area is very quiet and safe, yet easily accessible by car or by public transport – including train and PostBus. It’s the perfect combination of peaceful retreat and convenient location. The hosts were super friendly and flexible — many thanks, Madeleine (and Tania)! :) We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy nature as a family. We’ll definitely be back!

The flat was cozy, spotless, and full of charm—it had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at ease. I felt completely relaxed, just like being at home. The breathtaking view from the window was like a dream, and I spent many quiet moments just soaking in the beauty of the mountains and the peaceful village below. The area around Guarda is also a perfect base for hiking and trekking. I enjoyed the stunning trails surrounded by alpine landscapes, fresh air, and wildflowers—it was truly rejuvenating for both body and soul. What made the stay even more special were the kind and thoughtful hosts. Their warm welcome and attention to detail touched my heart. I could feel how much care they put into creating a space where guests can relax and feel at home. Thank you so much for everything. I sincerely hope to return—no, I will return someday!
