Parks, tennis courts and ball fields are across the street. Summary: This little place has everything you need. The neighborhood is adorable. The owners are so very nice!! I would suggest waiting to rent it until the main house renter leaves. She is very nice but has 2 very loud, big dogs that will jump over the gate and chase you; and her granddaughter needs quiet by 8:30. not sure how much longer they are there. Suggestion: A couple fold up chairs and small table would be great to sit outside.

Summary: My parents were in town visiting from the Midwest and Beata’s place offered the perfect spot for them to stay in my neighborhood! Everything is walking distance, the little house is perfect for a couple and everything felt secure and cozy. And Beata is an attentive and lovely host! We’ll definitely be booking that for all our family and friends who come to visit!

Summary: We had a great couples weekend away at this cottage. Beata was very responsive and easy to work with, and the cottage was very cozy and private. Great location too - we walked to Alki Beach and spent the afternoon downtown.

Summary: Beata was a wonderful host, who was there to greet us when we arrived. She had plenty of suggestions for nearby eateries, bars and even a French bakery. The location is close enough to downtown Seattle that you can take a water taxi, Uber or drive yourself. The guest house was very nice, clean, perfect space for 1 to 2 people and pet friendly!
