This is a whole home, with a large, flat fenced backyard, shade trees, an extra large driveway and a great front and side porch - convenient to interstates, Lexington Medical, Prisma Health, Fort Jackson, the University of South Carolina, Lake Murray, all of downtown Columbia/Lexington, and 69 Miles from Augusta National for the Masters (we are happy to discuss shuttle services to Augusta National).
The home is on a quiet but lively street, with mature trees, an Adult Education Center across the street and minimal to moderate traffic. Inside, 111 Hook Avenue is a private, well-equipped retreat that is fresh and clean. It is updated throughout with fresh paint and trim, new HVAC and ductwork, fiber internet, updated kitchen and a fresh exterior, but it also has wonderful historic features like beautiful original hardwood floors, large windows and fantastic bungalow curb appeal. The comfortable, peaceful living room has great natural light, inviting modern furnishing and a media center ready for all your streaming accounts and gaming needs. The living room opens to a perfect dining area, featuring an original archway, dimmable chandelier, bright natural light and lots of room to enjoy meals at home. The kitchen features new cabinetry, gorgeous granite countertops, fresh hardwood flooring, stainless appliances and a gas stove. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking or enjoying takeout from the many local options.
