Negative: We were located on the first floor and could hear everyone come in and out of the building. The automatic door key was very loud.

Summary: Perfect location to spend a fun weekend with our furry friend.

Negative: We stayed for 7 nights and did not receive housekeeping once, which was very disappointing. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen different accommodation. The internet was also extremely slow—streaming a Netflix movie was impossible. The cutlery and crockery were all mismatched, and when we opened a bottle of wine, we realized there were no wine glasses provided. After requesting them, we were given champagne glasses instead. Small details like these may seem minor, but they have a big impact on the overall quality of a stay.

Positive: Location was unbeatable and the property was clean. The parking spots came in handy when available. Overall such a lovely trip to Newport, thanks in part to the home.

Negative: Noise was tricky sometimes because the house was shared with other parties, but it wasn’t too big of an issue!

Positive: Entry was extremely easy and parking options were explained properly. Location was amazing: close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores. The climate control in the room was excellent and we loved being able to make simple meals in the room.

Negative: We used both the bed and the fold-out couch to sleep on and both were pretty hard, not very comfortable. The bathroom could do with some kind of rack (freestanding or otherwise) to hang towels on; even just a hand-towel rack would have been nice.

Summary: I would definitely stay with Windward again.
