Positive: We stayed at this property during a family funeral and chose it for its convenient location close to everything we needed. The home was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. The host checked in regularly, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a pleasant and accommodating stay during a difficult time.

Negative: we found the living room to be noticeably colder than the rest of the house, and there wasn't enough comfortable seating in that space for our group. While the property had many positives, these aspects could be improved to make it even better for future guests.

Positive: Wow! Staying here is like staying in a museum. It is the most incredible historic home with some sensible modern upgrades throughout. The main floor includes a living room with seating and a smart TV, a beautiful formal dining room, a modern kitchen, stocked with equipment and spices, with the 2nd full bath adjacent. The main floor ends in a laundry room and door to the backyard. Yard was equipped with a grill and plenty of seating. The main bedroom had an incredibly comfortable bed, remote ceiling fan, additional a/c, and smart TV. 2nd bedroom was equipped the same with a smaller bed. The 3rd was a double with no TV. The upstairs bathroom had great water pressure in the shower. The house was spotless. The owner checked in via message a few times to ensure our stay was going well. We can't wait to stay here again.

Negative: Nothing, really. The neighborhood was definitely a mix of nice homes and sort of shoddy rentals. The people walking around seemed interesting but harmless. At the end of the day, nobody bothered us, and we felt safe.
