In the south of Vendée, close to the beaches and the Poitevin marsh, you will find two independent cottages: L'eglantine and les glycines. The 140 m2 character cottage Les glycines combines class and charm. Very comfortable it accommodates 6 to 8 people. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 160 bed and 2 bedrooms with 90 twin beds. Each room has a bathroom.
A large living room with fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room. the mezzanine overlooks the dining room and has a sofa bed. another reading area is at your disposal,

Summary: We have had a great time. The house was beautifully designed and the children enjoyed the pool, pool table and ping pong. Great base to visit lots of lovely towns and sites. Found a good beach about 40 mins away. Loved visiting lots of gorgeous local towns and highly recommend Puy du Foy. A great day out.

Summary: We stayed for a week in July 22. 4 adults (50’s and 20’s) + 8 yo. The gîte is very spacious with good sized bedrooms and a huge kitchen/lounge. The upstairs bedrooms have small windows and were hot during our stay so we had to buy a fan for her The gîte is Decorated and maintained to a high standard with family members nearby if anything needs sorting (a bulb blew). Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, cutlery and pans etc and quality white goods . The pool is great (and well maintained) with a good size shallow end and a very pleasant shaded area covered with wisteria to escape from the sun. The wifi is fab and the TVs have HDMI ports so bring your chrome cast or firestick (you’ll need an extension lead though as plug sockets are all singles!). The games room is great fun for everyone whatever the weather.

Summary: Had a great time, weather was awful but properly made it very relaxing with lovely space to sit and read. Clean and really well equipped.

Summary: We spent the last week of our French holiday here - the gite is spotless and literally has everything you could ever need. The kids loved the swimming pool and the games room, the outdoor space was relaxing, the decor modern, the beds really comfy.... I could go on The area itself is really quiet (a plus for us after 2 weeks on a noisy campsite!), but a good base to explore. Thank you Celine for a wonderful stay, would highly recommend to anyone
