Summary: My three adult children, their spouses, and two grandchildren came to Ukiah from Sonora, Windsor, and Texas to celebrate my birthday and Christmas. The house was welcoming and perfect for my visiting family. The owners went so far as to leave bottled water, a bag of popcorn, and a list of restaurants in the area. We actually visited two of the recommendations! Best Christmas ever!

Summary: House was perfect for our group. It was immaculately clean, roomy and well stocked. We particularly appreciated the large back yard for our dogs to play and the comfy king beds in every bedroom. We have one person in our group who is sensitive to perfumes, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us by removing excess scents. The location is great for morning walks by the local vineyards.

Summary: From the minute we walked into the house we were wowed from everything - the immaculate, well stocked kitchen, including snacks, waters, etc. The games, big TVs, comfortable beds, spa-like bathrooms, I cannot say enough about this home. The owners think of everything. We only really needed to bring our toothbrushes, but if you forgot that they had those too! The owners made us feel at home from the beginning. We would highly recommend this spot. We felt very spoiled. Thank you!

Summary: We stayed here for a family event in Ukiah and we all wanted to be able to stay together and this house was perfect. The owner has gone above and beyond to have the home stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen and use the outside deck which was a whole extra bonus space! There is a grill, air hockey and ping pong tables, a gas firepit and an outside table. The inside was immaculate and the updates make it feel so fresh and inviting. There is a large TV in every bedroom, the living room and even out on the deck! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. Check in was easy and the owner is very responsive with any questions before and during the stay. The house was immaculately clean and the location is perfect. I can't say enough positive things about this home and the host. Thank you for providing a place that we could join together and have such a comfortable home to stay in!

Summary: I have rented many homes on VRBO over the years and I can say without a doubt this house has it all. My 82 year old mother and I were visiting friends and family in our hometown. The location of this home could not be more perfect. There are several Wineries close by and it’s very close to I 5 in a quiet little neighborhood. It has easy access to grocery stores and downtown shopping, Lake Mendocino, restaurant’s and much more. The house was so clean and I mean it sparkled. It was cozy and perfect for entertaining family and friends who came to visit my mom as she has mobility issues. They have a back patio that is heaven for kids and adults alike. Air hockey, ping pong table, and many other games to play. It has a great little fire pit too. We did not want to leave it was so wonderful. Kudos to the owners who thought of everything anyone would ever need or want on vacation. Thank you for everything!

Summary: This was well equipped and easy on and off the highway. The piano was a nice touch- it actually motivated me to learn to play! I sent home and bought a used keyboard and have been enjoying it ever since. Would stay again for sure!
