Summary: My buddy and I traveled down to S. Florida to attend some concerts at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. We wanted somewhere close to the beaches, the casino, and some other sites we wanted to visit. This fit the bill on location.The space is small, but we knew that. It was clean and we felt safe in the area... all basic requirements.The space is odd as it is a converted one stall attached garage with (I assume) the owners living in the house. We didn't hear them much, and hope we didn't bother them either.There were a few small (non) issues... wifi wasn't working when we arrived (but was corrected without us even prompting), some amenities listed were not available (again, a non issue to us) and were corrected as well. I think the hosts were attentive and good with communication.Understand the space is SMALL and someone will need to be comfortable climbing up the ladder to sleep in the loft. Even in April the space never really got comfortable even at night as the small window ac unit doesn't have enough output to keep the space cool. Keep that in mind if you're booking in August and looking forward to a cool nights sleep.

Summary: Studio loft was absolutely beautiful!! Warm, inviting and interesting! Val's decor and use of space are phenomenal!! Spotless, ample amenities, close proximity to dining and shopping and a beautiful neighborhood for those that enjoy running or the occasional nature walk. Will definitely stay again!!

Summary: Stay was good and bedding comfortable. A suggestion to the owner. Leave the small air-conditioner on low for a while before guest come. The loft was much warmer the first night until we did this.

Summary: The location of this stay is great. It's a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and close to downtown. I do not agree that the beds are queen-sized, like the post says. They are, in fact, double beds, not queens. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
