Positive: Great location and the studio was fully furnished.

Negative: They did not let me have a late checkout unless I paid a fee... who does that???

Positive: The property value was not consist with the cost. Great neighborhood where prices are high, however, the content of the studio were not consistent with the cost. Check, very cheap furniture, appliance. craftsmanship was below average, missing bathroom floor tiles, unpainted walls behind toilet paper holder, dress was unstable and draws falling apart. That being said, property management was very responsive.

Negative: Cheap appliance and furniture. Broken draws in dresser, lack of closet hangers, missing tiles in bathroom. Cheap shower doors. Windows were probably great 30 years ago. Windows very drafty with no locking mechanism on two windows. Garbage disposal was broken leaving fowl smell in the apartment. We spent a month there leaving the studio in better shape than when we arrived. We had to contact management weekly when maintenance failed to pock up garbage and recycling. Lastly, the garbage bags they provided would drop down with trash. Bags did not fit the size of the can.

Summary: Place need remodeling if neighborhood prices are requested!
