Positive: Really good location. You have everything that you need. Really good wifi. Good comunication with the owner.

Negative: Safety deposit of 250 euros (but it was on my account first day after the visit wich is ok), just i don't see need for it when you pay with your card via booking.com. Too complicated entrance via the app, you must always come in the building with your phone and their app of the apartment. The stove didn't work but you have microwave and cattler, so it's ok.

Positive: Easy communication with staff NOT on location. (It’s imperative to have a smart phone). Great local neighborhood with eateries and shopping/markets. Transport into Madrid center is 8 minutes walking. Lovely Daniela met us for an early checkin after lengthy travel and an overnight flight. The bed was comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping!

Negative: It would be nice to have some welcoming coffee/tea/sugar/salt and pepper, maybe? No map/ suggestions/recommendations /guidance. Daniela was unfamiliar with the neighborhood. We used google translate camera to translate instructions/directions!

Positive: Exceptional value for me, this property has everything you'll need. It is sufficiently away from the centre that you won't be hounded. Yet, it has close proximity to 3 metro stations, a huge inter and intra city bus terminal and a direct bus to the airport. The property is also well equipped with pots and pans and salt and pepper, so your essentials is covered. It has a nice sit-out space and a desk and a washing machine. I mean, for a week long stay, it had everything I would require.

Negative: Everything was nice.

Summary: Exceptional, would stay again.
