Positive: The house was immaculate! The bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen were exceptionally clean, as was the entire house. Our host thought of everything! He provided us with bedsheets, towels, everything & anything you can think of in the kitchen (he even had coffee pods & tea bags for guests), and there was a basket of toiletries in each bathroom! How great is that! Upon our arrival, there was a vase of beautiful flowers & a basket filled with water bottles, chips & other goodies. What a pleasant surprise & such a nice way to greet your guests. We had a wonderful time on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail & staying in such an awesome home made our trip even better! We will recommend "The Charming Stanley House" to everyone, and we will definitely return!! Thank you to our host, Larry, for a wonderful experience! Ellen

Positive: The property is immaculate and well appointed. Close to Geneva, HWS and FLX tourist spots. The owner is a honorable person who kept his word and provided us with accommodations despite the mess created by the property management conpany after booking 2.5 months in advance, receiving full payment 1.5 months in advance and then having the management company create a huge snafu for all by canceling our booking 48 hours before arrival!!!

Negative: The ordeal created by the property management company - Evolve - which resulted in several days of a canceled prepaid reservation debacle conflicting messaging, circular conversation and emotional distress created by an easily avoidable situation.They were incompetent, unprofessional, offered no comparable property nor ab actual solution only aggravation for all parties involved.
