Modern,sunny and charming 110 m2 top flat with seaview, 10 minutes walking to the beach and train station and very close to Barcelona ( 20 minutes by train to city center). South oriented in a relaxing and peaceful area.
Perfect for families with children and group of friends.
2 private terraces ( one over the apartment and accessible by inner staircase). Both equipped with: chairs, tables, sunbeds, umbrellas and a water hose.
3 bedrooms ( all with sea views), great dinning room with snooker.
2 complete bathrooms( one of them 'suite' designed with round shaped bath).
Full kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, kettle, microwave oven, Nespresso, bread toaster and smoke extractor.
Located in area with all main services: supermarket, restaurants, bakery, meat shop,fruit shop, hairdressing, ATM's, gardens, etc.

Summary: We have just stayed at this penthouse. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, croissants and oranges was a lovely touch and very welcome after a long day of travelling! The location was very good and was only a 10 minute walk to the train station, which took about 15 minutes by train to the centre of Barcrlona. The sea view from the property was amazing and very relaxing. We would highly recommend going to a bar called Panoramic View which is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment and has a great view of the city and the sea. Also the National Art Museum (we didn’t go in the museum) has an amazing view of the city.

Summary: This was our second stay at Pepita's Place while visiting family in the Barcelona area. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean, and the view is stunning! Our host David is very accessible and our self check-in process was seamless. We did not rent a car this time, with groceries, restaurants and markets within easy walking distance. We highly recommend and will likely return next time we visit family in Spain! 👍
