Summary: My wife and I really enjoyed our six nights stay at Over the Rainbow cabin. It was enjoyable to sit out on the patio watching the river by and the occasional fishing boat.We were glad we were able to cook our own breakfast in the morning, although our lunch was usually leftovers from the restaurants that we would eat at in the evenings. We enjoyed eating at Verona Italian restaurant, Zeke and Lizzie’s, and of course, Macks Seafood and Steak restaurant. The only thing I can think of that might improve the place. Some is it needs a new recliner, as the vinyl one there is getting pretty raggedy. There are also a few electrical outlets by the bed that were not working, and in a few places on the floor, there were nails sticking up a little bit. Other than that, we really enjoyed it and we’ll probably be back.

Summary: Melanie with Arkansas vacation rentals went above and beyond to ensure that the stay was booked and ready for the 2 week stay! We can not say enough about how thankful we were for direct and easy communication! The place was Perfect! Clean! Comfortable! Beautiful view! Super peaceful. The beds were comfortable! Perfect little place for any stay!

DURING MY EVERYDAY LIFE OF WORK AND THE DEMANDS OF MY JOB, KEEPING UP UP WITH THE YARD WORK. I NEEDED THIS MINI VACATION. THE CABIN WAS VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. EVERYTHING IS PROVIDED FOR LIKE THE KITCHEN AND ANYTHING ENVOLVED IN IT. COMFORTABLE BED, COUCH, LOUNGE CHAIR & ALL THE PATIO FURNITURE VERY COMFORTABLE. EASY ACCESS TO FISHING DOCK. LOVE THAT THE BACKYARD HAS BEEN CLEARED OUT. CHARCOAL GRILL FOR GRILLING AND A NEW BLACKSTONE COOKER AS A BONUS. WILL BE GOING BACK SOON.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were several things that need repairs at the rental. Toilet paper holder falls off wall. Some lights on the back deck do not work. Internet was spotty at best. Jacuzzi tub in bathroom did not work. Coffee pot leaked water and the creamer was old and and could make someone sick. There was also a broken window that had not been replaced. I have been staying here for years and the toilet paper holder has been broken for years along with the lights on the porch and the tub used to work. I just do not understand why you purchase a place and do not do the upkeep for your guests. As a plus they did get a new black stone grill. I will always come back because I love the place but I have a few suggestions. Blinds on the top windows so you do not have to wake up with the sun and a King size bed.
