Summary: This is the largest house I have ever been in - it slept 16 comfortably and was the perfect location for our family reunion. You are minutes away from the trails and lakes in Heber Springs but still in a quiet country setting. My kids played on the tennis court and I liked that there was plenty of parking. I highly recommend this place for large groups.

Summary: We had a family reunion (my wife and I) with our three children and there families. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. This made it very easy for our large group to get ready all at the same time. The kitchen and living room areas were perfect for us. The outside amenities and lot made it easy for children to go out and play various yard games. The location was also extremely close to everything on the lake and in town. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The Rose was a perfect home for our family gathering to witness the eclipse TOTALITY with 20 family members. Loved the porch overlooking the tennis court! The owner was easy to work with! Apparently the housekeeper had had an injury that week before so the floors could have been cleaner but it was not a problem. The home is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to create fantastic meals. We fixed a couple of wobbly chairs and left an embroidered oak leaf. Just loved our stay in Heber Springs!

Summary: “The Rose” offers so much more than we ever expected. The house is absolutely incredible, and everyone had their own spaces to sit and enjoy each other. The wrap around porches, the tennis court, the game room, the library and a piano, huge kitchen, plenty of bathrooms. We hope to come back in years to come…it was truly a memorable experience for all of us! Thanks, Kent, for being a great host.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family trip! We love all the bedroom and bathroom space! The large kitchen and dining room were perfect for large family meals. The outside porches for sitting and relaxing and tennis court were perfect for afternoon tennis and pickle ball! We will definitely use this house in the future!!!!
