4 Bedroom House in Bellevue

You will have complete private access to this home including use of the two car garage (openers not provided). The master bedroom includes a King bed with attached master bath!
There is a living room on each floor. The lower level includes a gas burning fireplace as well as laundry room.
There are two bedrooms on each floor with a set of stairs separating the two levels.
The large back deck is the perfect place for a meal or an evening drink while watching the sunset through the trees. Patio table with chairs and bistro table are provided. A set of stairs lead down to the fully fenced backyard. The yard can also be accessed through sliding glass doors from the lower level.
There is a large desk built into a bedroom downstairs, perfect for working from home.
Please note that this is an imperfect home with signs of wear. Some areas may be scuffed or need painting but it remains a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Just keep in mind that it is a work in progress.
Do not disturb the owners closet in the basement. The house is ten short minutes to Offutt AFB and 20 minutes to downtown Omaha. There is a lot of wildlife in the area. You may encounter some turkeys crossing the street or deer in the backyard on occasion.
Remember to include your pets on the reservation as a pet fee does apply. Thank you.

Summary: This house was just perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own room, there are 3 full bathrooms, we cooked a lot of big meals in the kitchen, the backyard is really big (and there were often deer in the yard!), and the basement is huge. Great neighborhood, beautiful homes and rolling hills. Meg was great to work with, very accommodating.

Summary: We loved staying at this property. We had a toddler with us and the fact that there was already a baby gate on the stairs was a huge plus! Communication with the host was incredible and she replied quickly. The location was great! We would stay here again!

Summary: This house has tons of space and is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Bellevue University and Offutt AFB and is an easy drive to almost anywhere in Omaha. The master bath was nicely remodeled and the kitchen appliances were modern and worked properly. The mattresses were firm but surprisingly comfortable. The yard is large and pleasant.Much of the home is somewhat dated but in good condition and very clean.I would definitely stay here again if we return to Omaha.

Summary: We were in town for a dance competition and this home was the perfect place to stay. It was close to the competition, the store wasn’t too far, and when we had time, it was easy to get to Omaha to explore. The home itself is as described and perfect for what we needed. It was clean and had no issues. A little fun bonus was the cardinal nest viewable from the master bedroom window.
