The apartment located in one of Gràcia’s neighborhoods, a few minutes away from Park Güell-one of Gaudi's famous masterpieces- offering some of the best views over Barcelona. It’s a quite and peaceful area with very good public transportation.
It is found of a peaceful family building and has been fully refurbished and renovated with all the latest appliances and comforts you may need. In a neighborhood close to the city center but quite and green. A perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing.
The apartment has 75 m2 and consists of:
A living room with a 40 ”smart TV, DVD player, sofa, and a dining room table big enough for 6 people.
3 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with two twin beds, 1 doubleroom and one bedroom with a trundle bed. The master bedroom and the double bedroom can include one single bed, or two beds that can be pushed apart. All the rooms face the exterior.
A complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen connected to a charming balcony with one table and two chairs.
Crib and high chair are available for infants. If needed, please let us know in the booking process.
Heating and air conditioning in the entire house and high speed Wifi connection.
Parking in the same building (not suitable for 8 seater cars). Ask for availability. The price per night of the parking is 10 euros.
Please note our apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift.

We are a 3 minute walk from the bus station and 5-7 minutes away from Vallcarca subway Station (L3) which directly leads to many famous Barcelona landmarks in a short time (Paseo de Gracia, Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Drassanes, Paral. Lel , Poble Sec, Espanya ...)
There’s also a taxi station a 3 minute walk away

Summary: Marta was a great host, and the apartment is bright and clean. It fit our family of five perfectly. There is a grocery store a minute or two walk away, and the metro is only a few minute walk. We happened to be in town for the festival of San Joan and were able to see fireworks all over the city from the bridge around the corner.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment for the 4 nights we were there. It was nice to get out of the busy streets in the Barcelona core to come back to the apartment in a quiet North Garcia neighbourhood. A lot of restaurants and shops a short distance away. Marta was a great host, ensuring our stay was enjoyable and gave us some very good recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. I would recommend staying in this VRBO.

Summary: Our host met us at the door to show us around and was exceptionally attentive to all our needs. The place has lots of room and well equipped. Although we did spend most of our time outside enjoying the lovely terrace.It is located not far from the Metro with easy access to everything.

Summary: Really liked our stay here considering it was our first time in barca. Marta (host) met us on our first day, greated us and made sure all instructions were clear, how to use appliances and most of all, how to navigate through Barca. The appartment was clean and looked exactly like the pics. The location is about 15 mins from everything and easily accessible by metro. The Metro station (Vallarca) is about 400m (8 min walk) which gets you to everywhere you need to (including downtown, and all siteseing places). Parc Guell is about 20 min walk from appartment. Core part of downtown is really noisy so it was great staying at this place where is a bit away from the hustle and bustle but just few bus stops away from everything. Highly suggest staying here, convience store is few steps away. Overall a great time.

Summary: Our family of 4 (with two teenagers) loved staying in this spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The ac works well, as well as the dishwasher and washing machine. Marta met us for check in, walked us through the apartment and provided us with recommendations which were very helpful. There is a grocery store at the end of the block, a lovely bakery nearby, and the metro is about a 6 min walk from the apartment. We loved coming back to a quiet neighborhood after exploring being in the crowds of Barcelona. Highly recommend this apartment!

Summary: Marta was extremely helpful. This is a second floor walk up and we had large, heavy suitcases. Both my friend and I are older women and it would have been difficult for us to carry them up the stairs. Marta met us at the apartment when we checked in, immediately recognized our situation and arranged for someone to take our luggage up to the room and to take them back down when we left. The apartment was was comfortable and in a good location.
