The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, including cookware, utensils, and a microwave. The home is within walking distance of several locations, however, if you don't enjoy walking Uber is another great option. In addition to Uber, the KC streetcar provides a free transportation option starting from Union Station and running all the way to the River Market.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 4, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $125 for two, the fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home does not have a fenced yard but the neighborhood is perfect for walking. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
There are several stairs leading up to the property so if stairs are an issue this property is not a good fit!
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
