Positive: We had a lovely 3-night stay in this apartment with my friends, and it was perfect for the three of us! The space is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a group, and everything in the apartment is new and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is fantastic, with several large supermarkets and some excellent boulangeries nearby, so getting fresh pastries in the morning was a breeze. The apartment is well-equipped for both short and long stays, with amenities like a Nespresso machine, tea kettle, large fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. We found everything we needed and slept well on the comfortable beds. Overall, a great spot to stay in Paris, and we’d happily return!

Negative: The only minor downside is the sound insulation, as it's an older Parisian building (which is very charming and beautiful!). We could sometimes hear neighbors walking in the apartment above or in the hallway, so if you're a light sleeper, earplugs might be helpful.

Positive: The place was very beautiful, clean, well equipped (oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, washer with dryer, towels, soap, shampoo). The location is nearby the Eiffel tower and close to Metro stations and bus stops. The neighborhood is nice. It truly gives you the Parisian flat experience. The host was nice, caring and clear about everything.
