The farmhouse is a quaint, comfortable place located on 20 acres of prime orchard and farm land where you can make yourself at home and enjoy the beautiful scenery. This is a unique location where our family grows cherries, apricots, peaches, apples, vegetables, flowers, and more!
We are located right on the Fruit and Wine Byway, a scenic roadway through orchards and vineyards! Summary: Had a great stay at the Z’s orchard farmhouse. The house is quiet, clean and a comfortable place to relax after enjoying sites around Grand Junction and Palisade. The orchard is beautiful and the peaches were delicious!! Highly recommend of you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. Check-in was super flexible as our ETA changed a little bit. The location was perfect for the winery visits I had planned. Each day we could plan visits heading from and back to the property. We had access to everything we needed in the kitchen and BBQ for our morning and evening meals. I would certainly come back again!
