Welcome to this newly renovated bungalow on a quiet street in the Historic District of New Smyrna Beach. Modern farmhouse décor in this open-concept floor plan; new kitchen/dining room with granite, stainless appliances and seating for 6-8; two queen bedrooms (plus 2 single airbed mattresses); two baths; separate laundry room with large capacity washer & dryer. Beautifully landscaped. A fully fenced-in front porch and back yard are perfect for family gatherings, children, and dogs.
Walk to Canal Street in downtown NSB to enjoy the wine bars, breweries, restaurants, art galleries, eclectic shops and Saturday farmer’s market. Drive 5 minutes to Flagler Avenue and the beach for more adventures and fun. Visit the dog-friendly Smyrna Dunes Park, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Turtle Mound National Historical Site, St. Augustine’s historic city and forts, or take a day-trip to the many theme parks in Orlando. Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage near the historic district! Very easy to get to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway while nestled in a charming neighborhood. The porch was a favorite spot to enjoy coffee or unwind after a day out. Debra really has thought of everything. We highly recommend!!

Summary: The Swann beach house was a wonderful home base for everything we wanted to do during our month-long stay. Nearly every day we rode bikes across the North Causeway to the beach and enjoyed lunch or dinner on Flagler Ave. The beach house was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The backyard was lush and gorgeous. The pups enjoyed having the fenced in yard to roam around. This was truly a vacation to remember.

Summary: We cannot say enough about our stay in NSB. The property is dog and children friendly. Our Boston Terrier loved the backyard and the walks thru the neighborhood. The kitchen is great and well stocked with cookware. Our daughters family lives nearby and our grandchildren took turns staying with us. They loved the porch the best. Very convenient to walk to downtown NSB. Great restaurants and some are dog friendly. We plan on returning. Thank you Swan family!

Summary: This house is a great New Smyrna Beach find! The host has made sure that the house has everything a guest would need, down to a list of favorite restaurants. She has also made herself very available to answer any questions and offer help. The location is close (walkable) to downtown and just about a 5 or so minute drive to Flagler Avenue. My husband and I have had a wonderful stay! We'll be back!!

Summary: The air conditioning broke shortly before we were due to arrive. The owner offered us another property to stay at but we just decided to check in two days later as she was able to repair the A/C. She was very accommodating for this bad timing incident and refunded us the two days we could not stay. The house was beautiful and in a great location. Loved the gardens and fenced yard for the dogs. Definitely a keeper.!!!

Summary: The property was the nicest we have ever rented. The owner was most gracious. She kept in touch with me throughout the entire month to make sure we had everything that we needed to make our stay more pleasant. The house was extremely clean, well decorated and had all of the essentials plus more to make our stay comfortable. If and when we stay come to stay in New Smyrna we will definently choose to stay at this property.
