Positive: The owner of the flat was very kind. We checked into the apartment very quickly. The flat was very nice: fully equipped with all appliances, the flat was warm and very cosy. We spent four nights there and were very satisfied. The flat is located far away from the city centre, but it is very easy to get to the city centre (bus + metro) in about half an hour.

Positive: Very good experience, very spacious flat, comfortable and the owner Andreaa attentive and friendly from the beginning to the end.

Negative: In the fridge there was a rotten fish. And well in the rooms it was hot because the air conditioning didn't work.

Positive: We stayed at Appartamento Incantevole Roma for four nights. We had a group of 4 people. Everything was great - The apartment is big, clean, cozy, and has everything you need to spend perfect time and feel at home. The neighborhood is excellent; it is not far from the city center (10 minutes by bus to the metro station and 10-15 minutes by metro to all the main tourist spots). Andreea and Tony (apartment owners) are amiable and helpful. You can always text them if you have any problems. Tony met us on the first day, gave us the keys to the flat, and showed us everything. All was great.

Negative: There was no key for the bathroom, so it was impossible to close it. It was a bit of a problem because there were four of us.
