Summary: Wij hebben 2 huisjes gehuurd op het verblijf van de Kaifenheimer Muhle, omdat we graag 2 weken daar wilden verblijven en dat tijdens de boeking niet meer afzonderlijk kon in 1 van de huisjes in de periode van 2 t/m 16 september. Ons verblijf in de studio was van 1 tot 7 september. Een heerlijke eigen gezellige plek en groter dan we hadden verwacht. Woon en slaapgedeelte zijn in 1 ruimte. Wij vonden dat geen punt. Er was voldoende ruimte om je vrij te kunnen bewegen. De keuken is wat klein, wat voor ons ook geen punt was en alles is er aanwezig. De badkamer biedt voldoende ruimte. Achter de studio is een hele grote zitweide met tafel en zitbanken en 2 ligstoelen, volkomen ter beschikking van de gasten in de studio. Vrij uitzicht om je heen en alle privacy mogelijk. We hebben er veelvuldig gebruik van gemaakt. Het weer was heerlijk. De rust op het terrein van de Molen is weldadig. In een dal met veel groen. We hebben een paar hazen gezien en een hert. Gertrud en Bernd zijn een fijne, vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Met alle vragen kan je bij hen terecht. Ook is het mogelijk een rondleiding in de oude Molen te krijgen. Wij vonden dat heel leuk. Bijna elke avond hebben wij een wandeling gemaakt in de omgeving van de molen. Er zijn velden en bosachtig gebied waar het prettig wandelen is. In de omgeving van het complex is veel te bezichtigen. We hebben een aantal heel mooie Traumpfadewandelingen gemaakt, met gebruik van de Traumpfade-app die heel prettig werkt. De Moezel is nabij met meerdere leuke stadjes zoals Treis-Karden en Cochem. Wij vonden kleine plaatsjes als Klotten en Beilstein nog mooier en sfeervoller. Burg Eltz is prachtig gelegen en een bezoek waard. Mayen is ook een leuke stad. Wij willen zeker nog eens terug naar de studio of een van de andere 2 appartementen bij de Kaifenheimer Muhle. Heerlijke vakantie gehad!!

Summary: Een huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt op een unieke plek. Hier kom je echt tot rust. Achter de studio konden we heerlijk zitten, daar kwam niemand. Als je stil bent en een beetje geluk hebt zie je daar reeën, roofvogels en eekhoorns. Wij zagen zelfs twee vossen. Wij waren er drie weken en hebben ons geen moment verveeld. De studio is daar ook geschikt voor. En als je iets mist zijn de vriendelijke eigenaren altijd bereid je te helpen. Tips, de hangbrug van Gerlach, Wildpark Daun, mooie wandelingen ook vanuit het huisje. En Japans restaurant Yumi in Kaiseresch.

Summary: Prachtige, authentieke accommodatie op een mooie rustige en toch centrale plek in Eifel, Rijn en Moezel. Ons verblijf was voor twee personen prima en voorzien van veel privacy. De zeer sfeervolle locatie, gecombineerd met de gastvrije ontvangst, maakt dat we heel graag terug zouden komen. De eigenaresse heeft haar roots op het terrein van de oude molen liggen en weet er zo over te vertellen, dat je verblijf extra cachet krijgt. Het contact met eigenaren is zeer prettig en erg relaxed. Eigenlijk zouden we deze info niet moeten delen wie weet krijgen we een volgende keer onze eigen boeking niet rond, omdat het vol zit!
