Truly a home from home 2 minutes from the beach where you will lack for nothing. This home is in a very quiet area but within very short walking distance to all the shopping, pubs and restaurants, bus terminus, the beach and waterfront promenade. Just down the road is a kids water park and within a short walking distance you ll find the National Aquarium. 3 minute walk to main Bugibba Square. Interconnecting garage with automated door - parking is never a problem. Fully air conditioned.

This bright and airy duplex has character and you will fall in love with it the minute you step in. The entry is at street level where you will find an open living space with leather sofa bed and armchairs, wide screen TV set with fibre optic interactive cable connection and space for working on your laptop or playing a game of cards. There is also an interconnecting garage for the use of guests so parking is never a problem.
Walk upstair to a bright and air conditioned open plan kitchen, dining, living area with another widescreen cable interactive TV. The place is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven and fridge/freezer. All appliances are brand new. Ample crockery, cookware and glassware provided.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans, and extra pillows and quilts are also available should you prefer to visit in the colder months. There is ample closet space for all your belongings.
