My apartment is very cozy, furnished with many old pieces that I personally found. A very well equipped, spacious and comfortable kitchen. Parquet, floor tiles, exposed beams, the true Parisian charm of another time. A bright living room with a sunny balcony full of complaints and flowers. Enjoy the city like a local Parisian, while staying in one of the most authentic and dynamic neighborhoods in Paris. In Le Marais / Enfants-Rouges area. Ideal for walking around, shopping for traditional foods, going to bars and cafes or visiting the historic Marais "hôtels particuliers" ... and more art galleries than you can visit in a month. We will give you the addresses! The apartment is also very close to public transportation (République, Temple and Art et Métier metro stations, bus and Velib stations less than 5 minutes walk). Large 65m2 apartment in a nice French style building, inhabited by families, very quiet and safe. Lots of charm and character, with original beams dating from 1800 is in contrast with the white walls, parquet and tomettes! A large room with a bed of 1.60X 200 Queen Size (very comfortable) with a beautiful bathroom with a large shower. A double room with a bed 140 X200. Books, Dvd and toys available ! A large living room with dining room, very bright, with a brand new sofa bed with a comfortable MEMORY FORM mattress. We have a high speed internet access, washing machine, dryer, DVD player, LCD TV, international channels.
Very well equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, wine cellar, toaster, kettle, food processor, juicer.
Sheets and towels will be provided.
Cleaning lady available on request, as well as babysitting for all ages and tested by ourselves!

Summary: The neighborhood was amazing, with a lovely cafe across the street and a boulangerie two doors down. The metro was 2 blocks away, and short, convenient ride to all the attractions. Valeria was kind, responsive, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to friends/family, and will book again if we are able to return to Paris in the future!

Summary: Property was exactly as stated. Stayed with 3 adults and 2 children. Was appropriate space for all of us and had everything that we needed. It was close to metro and close to many shops, restaurants, and parks. Great and accurate communication from our host. Would definitely recommend to others.

Summary: This is a beautiful, spacious apartment in an excellent location in the Marais. We've rented several Paris apartments over the years and this one had an exceptionally large, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, perfect for me, my daughter and her 10 and 12 year old children. Unfortunately, two days after we arrived, Paris was hit with record-breaking heat (up to 103 degrees). Normally the thick stone walls and two fans in the apartment would be sufficient, but out of an abundance of caution we moved into a hotel for two nights. With just a week-long visit, we didn't want to be sleepless, dragging around exhausted children. Otherwise, the apartment was perfect, the owner very kind and responsive and I would stay there again in a minute. With an eye on the weather forecast.

Summary: It really feels like you are living in someone's apartment in one of the best locations in the city. It's located at the end of the courtyard on the 1st floor (2nd floor if you are American). It has a small (shallow) balcony which let's lots of light and air in. There is one bathroom with no toilet and one separate toilet by the entrance. We were there in a 37 degree heat wave, and with the windows on and the fans blowing, we were cool enough. AC isn't really needed. Generally the apartment is quite quiet with the exception of the shop(?) downstairs having the occasional party. On Saturday night it was the French music festival, and the courtyard filled with party goers, but they seemed rather respectful. The music didn't go on too long into the night. The day before we arrived Valeria warmed us that the work to install an elevator in our stairwell had been brought forward, and there was nothing she could do. Sure enough, come Monday morning we awoke to the sound of jack hammers at 7am. Work continued until 7pm each day so our idea of coming back to the apartment to split up our excursions and take a siesta from the midday heat were shot. Absent that work though and I would expect this to be a regular haven for anyone in need of a 2 bed in this great area of town. There is sturdy looking sofa bed in the living room, but we didn't try it out. Valeria was wonderfully responsive and helpful in making sure the was no issue with our arrival, and departure, even when we left a bag

Summary: Such a wonderful experience — the accommodation was even better in person, so sweetly appointed and comfortable, and it was a truly fantastic layout for 2 couples and for a longer stay. The flat was also a in a great location - it felt exceptionally safe, made seeing the city so easy, and had lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood too for times you just wanted to stay in/nearby. The host was very kind, helpful, and communicative. I would definitely recommend this flat and would hope to return here in the future.

Summary: A wonderful stay for almost two weeks. The condo was ideally located near the Metro 3. Lots of towels, dishes, everything was clean and ready. Valeria was great on her communication and responsiveness. We had absolutely no trouble or issues during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. And recommending it to my brother who will be in Paris later this year.

Summary: Our family of four had a wonderful stay - the apartment is centrally located near several Metro stops in the Marais and a short walk from Canal St Martin. Everything you need to eat, drink, or buy is with a five minute walk. We also enjoyed the nearby park that had a small playground and plenty of places for relaxing and people watching. Valeria was very communicative and accommodated our early check in. It was also super helpful to have an in unit washer and dryer (although be warned that it took a lot longer to dry clothes than we are used to in the US). Excellent place to stay!

Summary: The place was very clean, but cluttered so it was challenging to unpack our things. According to the listing, toiletry items were supposed to be provided but every thing was down to a single use. Also according to the listing, the third bed was supposed to be included but the host requested an additional fee to use the bed.
