Summary: We had several issues with our hot water heater and our washing machine. We had no hot water on one side of our unit and our washing machine smelled of smoke . Both needed someone from the rental company to attend to. One bathroom had a paint can holding up the bathroom cabinet and several windows were missing blinds . On our last night, the kitchen floor had water seeping up through the floor boards . This duplex was the worst rental they we have rented in all the seven years coming to AMI

Summary: We rented the entire duplex and had plenty of space for us all. Pool was great size. No high traffic roads to cross to get to beach.
