Summary: The home was just as described. We found the home clean and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Beautiful neighborhood that was very clean, safe and great for walking. The outdoor space was so cute. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again when we travel that way.

Summary: Sweet home in a sweet neighborhood. This place was perfect for our group of 6. Easy access to so many attractions including the Rose Parade! The home is super comfortable and has a well provisioned kitchen. Beautifully decorated (not generic IKEA) and stocked with interesting reading material. The back yard includes 2 cozy seating areas PLUS a putting green. The host is kind, generous, & responsive. We’ll be back.

Summary: This was the best VRBO stay I have experienced - plenty of spaces to relax with friends, great books and vinyl available to enjoy, a well-appointed kitchen, and an outstanding backyard with plenty of seating for chatting, dining together, reading and relaxing. All this AND A PUTTING GREEN! A truly lovely stay!

Summary: What a special place this is! My wife and I brought our 2 young children to Pasadena to show them where we met and fell in love. The house was outstanding. It had more than enough space for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with a wide variety of cooking equipment and utensils so we stocked the fridge and made our favorite meals. We loved all the natural light that filled the space and we made use of every nook and cranny - the office, the reading nook, patio, the deck off the master bedroom. Loved waking up in that room with the blinds drawn. So many trees that it felt like were in a forest. Safe and darling neighborhood. Surprisingly quiet considering that it’s half a block from a main drag. Easily accessible to downtown LA and old town Pasadena. We even walked to the South Pas gold line stop. Cozy and eclectic throughout. The furnishing and decor made us want to revamp our whole house! Cynthia was responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this gem of a home.

Summary: My husband, adult daughter and I spent a week here. There is a separate office which allowed my daughter to work all week. Cynthia is the most amazing host. She responded quickly and efficiently to all of our questions and requests. The backyard is a true gem, and when it wasn't raining we spent all of our time outside. The house felt like a home for the three of us and we absolutely plan to stay there again.
