Summary: The place is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Plenty of dinning and shopping options in a walkable distance. Most important thing is the host keep everything in order and communicates all the details about property and surroundings (make sure you take a time and read, it will safe you a lot of time;)

Summary: This was the third time we have stayed in Rita's place. The condo is very clean, in a convenient location, quiet, and spacious. We love it! Rita is always easy to contact, and she is very kind and happy to answer any questions; although we had few questions because precise information was readily available on the site and inside the unit. We had a great time. It was perfect!

Summary: We really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped. Pretty much everything you need to cook meals. It was very, very clean. One of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. It was also in a very good location, close to a lot of restaurants and bars on main Street and Central to most parts of La. It was also extremely quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again

Summary: The apartment was as described and filled with everything one could need. It is secure with entry control and it has gated parking! It's quiet too. I will stay here for my next trip to LA in April if it is available... Rita was an excellent communicator and very flexible with my emergency request for an additional nights stay.
