Summary: The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! The property was well kept, the place was clean and spacious, all supplies for cooking and cleaning, the property owner was easy to reach with any concerns that I had, very welcoming. The neighborhood is really dark at night and hard to find! Thankful for the street light at the beginning of the driveway

Summary: We stayed here for my daughter's college rodeo and it was perfect. About a 8 minute drive to the arena. Make sure you go to "A Taste of Home Bakery" if you are in the area, AWESOME food!! Our wifi didn't work, but that was ok since we had pretty good cell service. This was my daughter's last year to rodeo with her college but I have told other people about this house for next year. Thank you for hosting us!!

Summary: The house was not ready and we arrived a hour and a half late. The McNights were nice people but the temperature was over a hundred and we had to unload and try to dodge them for Almost another hour. The house was not cool and the dryer was still going. It turned out that the majority of the clocks had no batteries and over a hand full of light bulbs were out in vital places. Some one needs to do a quality control inspection. The wall outlets on the horizontal wall at the end of the house at a angle to the TV stopped working and that was where our computer was. The house had a mildew smell and needs to be aired out. We had a great house with NO problems in New Orleans right before we arrived at this house, or we would doubt Evolve. But we won't let this stop us from giving your company another try.

Summary: In town for a family reunion and my sisters and I were able to stay in this nice modular home. The home was clean, King and twin beds very comfortable. I especially Ioved the decor of formal living room and dining room. I also enjoyed the deep bathtub, which allow me to soak my bones. It was 6 of us and I felt like we had plenty of room. It really was nice to have supplies to cook or clean with and we all really enjoyed the complimentary drinks left in the refrigerator. Something should be done to combat the smell of mildew in master bathroom, however still loved the double sink n toiletries. Evolve needs to update their info so guest is aware of new door lock code that was a mishap at the start of stay. Edward was great to work with. He was very helpful and accomodating during our stay. I suggest you enable wifi calling on your phone before getting into small towns, Alabama as with my network I had cellular issues until connecting via Wifi.
