Positive: Easy check in and helpful attendent

Negative: Carpets in the room were filthy. Looked like someone had worn durity work books in a left dirt or grease on the floor. Did not want to remove shoes to walk on the carpet. Very surprised that they would rent the room in that condition.

Positive: Location was very convenient, just off I-90 and close to area restaurants. Breakfast was convenient, pretty basic.

Summary: We were traveling through and just needed basic overnight accommodations. This met our needs.

Negative: 1) I was given a handicapped room when I did not ask for one. 2) The hose leading to the shower head had a major leak, spraying all over the place. 3) The bulb in the reading lamp behind the arm chair was burned out.

Positive: Breakfast was great, wide variety of items. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful

Negative: I stayed 5 nights, never was able to get maid service (even though I placed the door tag on outside for three days). I do think it is a good idea to not schedule maid service for every day, but going five days without is abit extreme.
