Summary: The property was very well located for visiting attractions, museums and the retirement center where our 100 year old aunt lives. The house, while old, was clean and comfortable. While it wasnt a big issue for us, I was traveling with my 2 sisters, visitors need to be aware the one bathroom is only accessible thru one of the bedrooms, not centrally located. The neigborhood had lots of loud cars coming and going and street activity late at night.

Summary: The cottage was very cute and clean. We truly appreciated the snacks and bottled waters that were left by the owner for us. Communication with the owner was easy. The bed that is in the room with the bathroom is too firm for me. The only problem we had was that we found a back bedroom that was not on the listing and was lived in while we were exploring the house upon arrival. We contacted the owner and was informed that her husband stays there during the week for work and that the door is supposed be locked. Though this is understandable but made us nervous.
