Exceptionally charming stone-built cottage with its own swimming pool and garden, just 3 minutes drive from the hill-top village of Gordes, one of the most beautiful villages in France. South-oriented and situated in a
very peaceful hamlet, this cottage is pleasantly and comfortably furnished, and has views beyond the garden of cypress trees on the foothills of the Luberon mountains. There is an open plan living room/dining room with big sliding glass doors opening onto a terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen area is fully equipped. Nicely furnished double bedroom (160cm x 200cm) and an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower and wc. A baby bed is also available if needed.

Summary: Best VRBO ever! Combined with a wonderful, helpful and discreet host who was nearby if needed, but gave us complete privacy, this beautifully appointed cottage is a gem. Jean-Marie and Luc will provide the perfect Luberon vacation, whether it’s your first visit to Gordes or (like us) our third visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Summary: The cottage was absolutely perfect for our trip to Provence. The location was very central to surrounding towns, ideal for sightseeing and relaxing in a beautiful area. The cottage was super clean and cosy, had all the amenities we needed. The host was very welcoming and helpful for recommendations or where to go and eat. Would definitely recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway to Provence!

Summary: We stayed in this beautiful home for three nights while exploring the South of France. The house was so lovely and the grounds were like a dream! It was wonderful for everyone to be able to relax during long afternoons by the pool, enjoy fresh dinners under twinkling lights in the garden, and sleep peacefully in the comfortable house. The location was perfect for exploring the Luburon region - adorable and fascinating villages with great restaurants and wineries (Gordes village - is a must stop). We could also explore so much of Provence in our car as almost all of the towns we wanted to visit were close enough for easy day trips. Definitely recommend! 10/10. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Summary: Delightful immaculately clean property with well kept private garden and pool in a stunningly beautiful area of Provence with several of The Most Beautiful Villages of France nearby. Charming and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday finding various restaurants in the places we visited which included local villages, Pont d'Avignon and Pont du Gard as well as a long distance visit to the Camargue Ornithological Park to see the flamingos.

Summary: This place was a super relaxing hideaway - once behind the gate, it's totally secluded and private. The living area was larger than expected and the massive french sliding doors open right back onto the terrace and pool. There are multiple options outside for relaxing or eating depending on if you wanted shade or sun and the garden and pool area was beautiful. The host was extremely helpful beforehand and very quick to respond to the odd question. Great central location to visit the Luberon's well-known towns. Would highly reccommend.

Summary: We could not have wished for more to be honest. The villa and pool were just perfect for our needs - in fact, apart from the odd trip to the supermarket, we barely left it! Jean-Marie was the ideal host too, making himself available to answer any of our queries but providing us with complete and utter privacy. The villa is in excellent condition and really well equipped. The gardens and pool are beautiful and provide lots of lovely places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. The pool beanbag was the highlight though; we spent most of the week fighting over whose turn it was to lie on it! Thank you so much for a lovely holiday. It was the best way to recover from a very stressful few months at work.

Summary: From start to finish I cannot fault the overall experience. The property is well maintained and very private. Luc the host is on hand if needed but also respects guests privacy. Little touches on arrival (drinks and local treats) made this extra special. I know without a doubt that we will return.

Summary: This place is a rare find - a gite perfect for two, with perfect privacy, beautiful landscaping, a lovely big pool - and so close to all the beautiful villages of the Luberon. Perfectly located for hiking or a week lounging by the pool and visiting Gordes, Roussillon on foot if you want to park the car. Jean-Marie & Luc are perfect hosts - warm & attentive but very respectful of privacy. If you can snag a week at this property don’t hesitate! It’s very much in demand, as is their other property. Prepare for a week of heaven!
