Positive: The hostess left a pod of coffee for every day I was there as well as other kitchen supplies, toilet paper and laundry detergent. It was easy to communicate with her and the location is great as we had friends around the corner and it was within walking distance of the Gratz university. It was easy to communicate with our hostess and the place was wonderful! When I come back, I would love to stay here again. Well worth it. It is also very close to the castle mountain and other interesting sites, all within walking distance, including a couple of lovely parks and grocery stores.

Negative: The place is located next to a school so if you have your windows open in the morning, you can hear the noise of the students arriving. However, the windows have double panes, so if you close them, the noise is imperceptible.

Summary: Great comfortable studio apartment centrally located and close to many sites and grocery store.

Positive: Friendly, helpful host. Nice kitchen, comfortable bed. Everything clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and we were pleased with the accommodation.

Negative: Two steps down to bathroom is a bit awkward. Bathroom itself was fine. We were surprised that the unit is a studio - we expected a separate bedroom. We must have missed that in the description.

Positive: Honestly I can't write enough words here to say how much of a pleasant and fantastic stay this was. From dealing with all my questions upon arrival and staying in one of the cleanest apartments I've stayed in, everything was perfect. Location wise, it was great. Everything you could possibly need for a short and longer stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment or the host for your trip to beautiful Graz!
