Positive: Austin was a wonderful host from beginning to end. The property is located in a rustic area near Franklin, TN. It was perfect for us, as our friends were hosting a party in the main property. Everything was convenient and comfortable.

Positive: It was an absolutely beautiful location.

Negative: There was tree trimming and construction going on from morning to night. I'm talking 7 am to well after dark. It was so incredibly loud, that I ended up leaving after 2 nights when I booked for 4 nights. Working in hospitality for many years, I would have let people know what was happening. I would've waited and visited at a later date. That was alot of money for me to spend on what tvey call a "quiet relaxing place to rejuvenate."

Summary: Wasn't exactly peaceful.....
