Welcome this beautiful, bright, centrally-located beach house, two blocks from water, and one block from all the shops and restaurants of 2nd Street, in Belmont Shore. Come stay, walk to the eateries and the beach, and have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.
The space
Fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with 5 beds. Bedroom 1 has a Cal-king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds (Queen on the bottom, Twin XL on top). There is an office/laundry with a double sized murphy bed, and a bonus room with a queen sized murphy bed. Plenty of space for the everyone to sleep comfortably.
The home has two separate office spaces, each complete with a desk, chair, and an apple monitor, to make your "work from home" experience more enjoyable.
This home also features a spacious living room, complete with a 65in Smart TV, and surround sound. It also has an open concept kitchen with all amenities and new appliances, perfect for entertaining and cooking meals.
The beautiful front patio offers a gas BBQ grill, plenty of built-in seating, and a gas fire-pit, for all to enjoy.
Other features: Central heat and A/C, 2 beautifully renovated bathrooms, LED accent lighting throughout, a piano and guitar (for the musicians), washer/dryer, and outdoor shower.
Centrally located to LAX, LB airport, John Wayne, the beach, Downtown LA, Santa Monica, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and more! One block behind the property you will find a peninsula and beach where swimming is abundant and kayaks and SUP's can be rented to leisurely paddle through beautiful Naples Canals. For fun you can also rent Electric boats or a Gondola tour for a more romantic experience.

Summary: When you turn from 2nd to Santa Ana, you know you made the right location choice, but you stress parking. Don't worry, there is plenty and it's really close. Besides once you park you walking everywhere because every place you want to go is so close. Beach, 2nd Street, more than you can see/do in a couple of days. Talk about appointed, this place was put together by some folks that know fit and finish. So much wood work through out. Top of the line appliances, magnificent shower/bathroom facilities, huge kitchen island, great spaces for work/study, piano, etc. Then the outside, awesome front courtyard with huge coach area about a gas fireplace. So hard to leave this place, and to leave this review because it's going make reserving it in the future that much more difficult.

Summary: We had such a fantastic time with our family at this home! We were blown away by the beauty/details of the home and how much bigger it felt once you were inside (very rare for Belmont Shore). We are from Long Beach, come back to Belmont Shore often each year, and this is by far the best home we have rented. The pics do not do it justice and we will absolutely be staying here again. Also, loved the addition of the piano as our entire family was able to practice there, while on vacation.

Summary: We have stayed in Belmont shore several of times. The home was very clean and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. I highly recommend. Plenty of room in the home

Summary: The house was exactly as described. It was updated and modern with everything we needed. I loved how walkable everything was from this location. It is just a few blocks from the ocean and a block from the bay and 2nd Street with all of the restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Although there isn't onsite parking, street parking was easy on the weekdays.

Summary: This property was the ideal location for us…a short walk to 2nd Street with numerous restaurants and shops, a block to the bay and several blocks to the ocean. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Just a note about the parking…it can be a little challenging depending on the day and time. Heads up on street sweeping days or you could be ticketed. Other then that little issue we highly recommend staying here.
