Summary: Very clean, comfortable bed. Only complaint is portable air conditioning units. They are big and loud. They do the job but we turned the one in the bedroom off at night so we could sleep.

Summary: Three complaints: 1st was not aware of window units for air condition. 2nd running out of hot water with only 3 people in the room. is that because of additional people staying on the other end of the duplex? and was not aware of it being a duplex.

Summary: Gorgeous views, comfortable furniture & beds. Huge fireplace! Only negative was the young family next door who’s kids got up early. Because it’s a shared building, we could hear them running & screaming inside and out.

Summary: Grill needs to be desperately cleaned, but still a great place at a reasonable price. View was amazing and I would definitely recommend this area to someone looking for a relaxing getaway in the mountains.

Summary: We had the pleasure of staying in this cabin for our 18th anniversary! The cabin was so clean and quite! We absolutely loved the view from the back deck! The bed was SUPER comfy! Honestly one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in...and the blanket was so soft I wanted to bring it home lol! Thank you for helping to make this trip so special, memorable, and cozy! Your home was perfect and exactly what we needed!

Summary: Lots of trails and waterfalls in the area. The stay itself was pretty good. Extremely disappointed that the pool was not open as it was advertised on the web or as stated in the confirmation emails. The view is exactly as shown in pictures. Place could use a deep clean and someone to hammer in the few nails that are protruding from the deck floor. If a broom and dust pan were available for use, we would have cleaned up better. We did enjoy sitting on the deck except last two evenings that we were there due to connecting rental's occupants smoking. Overall, good stay though and host was quick to respond.

Summary: Cozy, well equipped cabin nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains close to the Mt Mitchell Golf Course, Black Mountain Campground & Blue Ridge Parkway. Nice, quiet neighborhood with paved road access. We were concerned with no A/C, but the weather was cooler in the evenings and it was not even needed. Outdoor deck with beautiful views of the mountains & woods behind the cabin. Wi-Fi worked well and kept us connected to friends & family.
