Positive: This was just an apartment and there was no food provided. It would have been helpful to have some milk or a few packets of tea and coffee. After a long journey we would have appreciated this.

Negative: There was no safe and we were concerned about leaving valuables around the flat. It seemed a safe area and we didn’t have any issues but this would have given us peace of mind.

Positive: We chose this apartment for its close location to my friend's daughter's dormitory. The street was very quiet and an easy walk to Plaza de Espana.

Negative: Because the apartment is ground level, it was a bit cold and damp for the time we were there (March 27-April1). This would not be an issue in the summer. It is small, so more than 2 persons would feel a bit cramped. Also the bathroom is off of the bedroom - so if someone was sleeping in the living room and had to use the facilities at night, it may be a problem.

Summary: Very nice, comfortable, clean apartment close to everything.

Positive: Great apartment, tastefully designed, elegant, clean, and very cozy, with good lightening, we loved it! Extremely quiet area, calm neighbourhood, no noise, only birds 🤍 I have not seen a moving car, all of them are just parked :) If not the creaky bed and upper neighbour who was bombarding us from 7.00 AM, one can sleep so peacefully there. The host is very nice, with clear and positive communication!

Negative: The chairs at the kitchen bar are too high and not comfortable for eating. It would be nice to provide a sponge for dishwashing, as all other necessary tools are provided.

Positive: Location was good. Apartment is furnished and newly renovated.

Negative: For a family of 5 its quite small. There was bad smell in apartment and it gets worse when you start air conditioning. Parking is free but its impossible to find a free space. We paid 22 euros to park in a parking garage at 10 minutes walk.
