Welcome to this light and airy apartment, situated in the heart of the Cape Winelands. Sip on a glass of bubbly as you enjoy incredible views over the garden toward the mountains in the background. Whether it's wine tasting, restaurants, hiking, birding, golfing, mountain biking, trail running - you've come to the right place. We are 7km from of Paarl, 23km from Franschhoek, 50km from Cape Town and 35km from Stellenbosch.
We are situated between the Jack Nicklaus' signature golf Course at Pearl Valley and Boschenmeer, the home of Paarl Golf Club.
Val de Vie Polo club is down the road, this venue plays host to many international polo matches, including Prince Harry's Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup.
Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch are beautiful towns with historic building and oak lined streets. Many restauranteurs, winemakers, artisan cheese producers, chocolate producers, boutique breweries and other local entrepreneurs abound. We will guide you and advise the best places to visit.
The apartment is situated in a walled garden and forms part of a private homestead. The owners live next door. It is a good area. Your parking space is directly outside the apartment which is accessed by a flight of steps (one floor only).
We do have dogs, all of whom are friendly. None of these critters are allowed in the apartment, though they may try to charm their way in.
The apartment is furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster etc.
Ground coffee, a french press, Cylon, Earl Grey and Rooibos teas, milk, sugar, one bottle of local wine & bottle of water are provided on arrival.
There is an oak dining table with four chairs, seating for four in the living area, a television & a local satellite decoder.

This farming area is hemmed in by glorious mountains, close enough for you to explore the entire Peninsular.
Our area has developed rapidly and we are surrounded by upmarket housing and golf/polo estates. We do experience some traffic noise here during the day. Usually very quiet at night.
This is the heart of the Boland, a traditional wine and fruit producing area and home to a collection of plants referred to as Renosterveld, one of the jewels of our floral kingdom.
Wine, bubbly, craft beer, food and more food await visitors to this wonderfully diverse area.

Summary: The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Jo goes to a lot of trouble to ensure even the smallest things are ready for your visit. Situated just south of Paarl it is very central for access to all the winelands, and wine farms etc. The owner's family are very welcoming and you could not ask for better hosts. The farm is easy to find and quite secure.

Summary: A spacious, quiet, high quality, stylishly decorated apartment in a small block. Lovely garden and secure parking (garage). Lovely views and lots of great touches i.e. a generous and varied tea/coffee selection, bottle of Rosé in the fridge, to name a few. Well equipped for self catering. Would strongly recommend.

Summary: It was perfect. The Apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped for 2 people. It was nicely decorated and a very comfortable bed. We will definitely return - in fact we have booked next year.
