Summary: The house was very clean and the check-in time was flexible for us because there was no booking the day before us. The owner, Cedric, gave us very nice tips for places to visit to make it an unforgettable holiday. We stayed for 2 weeks 👍

Summary: Cedric’s house was perfect for our stay. The children (and adults) were able to enjoy the pool all day. The bedrooms were very comfortable as were the communal areas. Cedric was flexible in welcoming us when our flight was delayed and made both check in and departure very simple. His communication was excellent throughout and he made some excellent dining recommendations. I would rebook this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday in the area.

Summary: We are a family of 9 - and We were all pleased with the house, pool and facilities. We had the best time - so many good spots in the garden to relax and also inside. New kitchen where we cooked a lot and also made barbecue on the grill. Cedric and his wife a the nicest host. We will be back😊😃

Summary: We had 14 days in this perfect house. It's a great location to visit Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Monaco. The house owner meet us upon arrival and we had good communication throughout our stay. Highly recommended🇫🇷

Summary: We had a very nice week in the house. Everything was clean and fine, and we enjoyed the pool and the good outdoor facilities for eating dinner and relaxing at the pool. Very friendly and helpful host. We would recommend it to everyone else :)

Summary: We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Cedric's family home, which he only lets out in the summer weeks. It is a very clean and well presented property, with spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The outside has a large pool, well-maintained by the owner with several seating areas and plentiful amounts of chairs and tables - there's something for everyone - there were 7 of us and we never felt we were in each other's way. There's also a great gas BBQ, possibly the best I've used at a rental property. The property is accessed by some narrow roads but there are hardly any cars, so it's ok (we managed fine with a Renault Trafic minibus!). In 10 minutes you can walk from the property down the hill to a Carrefour Market, boulangerie, pizzeria and a Lidl. You can also venture further by car to a large Intermarche towards Grasse (10 mins) or a huge Leclerc in Montauroux, 20 mins. Shops aside, there are many little hilltop villages to visit, our favourites being Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne (chaos on market day, idyllic when no market), Fayence and Cabris. We also took the train from Grasse one day to Antibes, and it carries on to Nice & Monaco (free parking at Grasse station and 40 euros for 7 people return trip). All in all, this was a perfect property for our holiday - perfect for doing absolutely nothing and forgetting the problems of the World :) Thank you Cedric. ((I have only two small suggestions: that the kitchen is stocked with some more sharp knives and 1 or 2 oven/baking trays, and it would be good to have another sofa in the lounge area))
