Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Wildfires are common in Colorado, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation.
PADDLE BOARD & KAYAK WAIVER: 2 Inflatable paddle boards and a kayak are available for guest use but are secured with a lock. To access these amenities, guests must first scan the onsite QR code provided and complete the waiver. Once the waiver is submitted, you will automatically receive the code to unlock the equipment. Please be sure to review the paddleboard and kayak guidelines in this guidebook to ensure safe and responsible use and to avoid any additional charges. Thank you for your cooperation!
