Summary: Nice 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms, second row back. Beautiful but cold pool! From our balcony, you could only see a sliver of the gulf. Kind of a disappointment. New homes built, progress must go on!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time during our visit! Duplex very clean! Lots of restaurants around! Easy parking at beach access. If you plan to cook, bring spices, baggies, foil, extra toilet paper and paper towels as the description states only leave 1 extra roll per bath! Be very aware this is a duplex and pool, backyard area is shared! There were 15 people at one point in pool from the other duplex. Luckily it was only a couple days rental for that side. Even with all that we had a great time!!! Thank you!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect! I have teenagers and we took them and their friends to the beach. Location is perfect- walking distance to the beach, walking distance to the ice cream place, and plenty of room. Close to all the fun places (The Hangout, Surf Style, The Beach House restaurant, and close driving distance to Florabama). The private pool was the best. We grilled and hung out in the pool- perfect family time. We even brought our pup and he enjoyed the fenced in yard. Close enough to literally everything you want to do- OWA, the Wharf, shopping and anything you can think of to eat. Such a relaxing, perfect family vacay with the teens and their friends!
