Negative: These were not dealbreakers but to take into considerations: It is near a pretty active street, but nothing close to high traffic I would say. Secondly, one of the rooms didn’t have the window AC, which was a bit of a bummer but totally understandable due to the layout of the room. There are two window ACs in the house: one in the living room, and primary bedroom. We could have the second room door open but they wanted privacy too.
Summary: The location was PERFECT! It is close to downtown Eug and a bus stop, which worked great to go toOCF

Positive: Great location. Lots of things within walking distance! Comfy beds, deep bathtub. Quaint and cute! Housekeeping staff was awesome! Good communication from property manager. Would stay there again!
Negative: No lamps in living room, just the overhead light. Difficult to figure how to turn off/on the baseboard heating without getting down onto the floor for eye level. No grab bars or bathmat in tub for safety.

Positive: Cute little house felt spacious for our group of two adults and two children. Seems like a nice area close to lots of places to eat and shop. Check in directions were easy to follow. Beds were comfortable.
