Negative: The key's password was not working because we were given the wrong password. We were left on the street with my 3-year-old child in the middle of the night. We could not reach them via their contact number. Finally after 45 min later we reached them through booking com. A host with poor communication. The location is not good, I did not like it. The heating in the rooms did not work with the on/off button :/ there is a button behind. Even though we were 4 people, there were only 2 toilet paper. They say that extra fees will be deducted for extra items that will be used, but why can't we make a deduction for these deficiencies?is it fair?

Positive: The apartment is well located, close to tram and bus stops and a metro station. There were grocery store and restaurants nearby. And it was easy to walk to the old part of the city from here. It is located in a antique building and it is necessary to climb four flights of stairs to reach it. The hosts were easy to communicate and tried to solve the issues promptly.

Negative: The kitchen was renovated, but there were no pans that we could use. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.

Positive: Beautiful apartment in a great location just a few hundred metres from bus, tram and metro. The apartment is super clean and fresh, fans in rooms for hot nights. Facilities were great, we could cook, make a great coffee, or go out to cafes 50 to 70m away perfect. Bathroom is fantastic with the best shower in Marseilles! I would totally recommend and would stay here again when next in Marseilles.

Negative: Just a slightly hard mattress for my liking, my son in the other room loved his. Bit this was minor.
