Positive: The weather in that place was very good. It is not too noisy. Very relaxing atmosphere. Kitchen completely equipped. Plenty of space.

Negative: Residence address won't be known by navigation device. Look up location before departure! At arrival, guest MUST have mobile access to Internet in order to receive last minute information sent by host to locate the apartment and enter it. Make sure to have battery and mobile data! Don't be too tall. (5.75 ft max) Beams that support the floor above reduce clearance and increase risk of head collision.

Summary: A good place to be! Recommendable!

Positive: The accommodation provides everything you need. The villa is in a quiet area in the hills. Nice and the beach are not far by car. In some places there are a bit narrow roads, you need to be careful. The owner is very communicative and provided us with all the necessary information before arrival. Positive: The best stay we have had so far in France!!! Sterile clean. Wonderful garden and up to 3 terraces! Very peaceful surroundings. Idyllic. Kitchen well equipped . Rooms bright and spacious. The owner is very, cery friendly.!!! Contact with her was prompt and hassle free. We would love to return there as soon as possibile!!! 11/10

Positive: There is lots of room, garden, 3 terraces, nice kitchen, good beds, cleaness and parking. Enterier is styled in accoradnce to French countryside expirience and ideal for family holiday (children can play in big back garden ) or romantic getaway (terraces surrounded by woods). You can spend evenings in beatifull and quiet enviroment and visit coast by car when you want instead of beeing in Nice or Antibes sultry and noisy envorinment . Climate in the place is very good and in hills and you even don't need AC aldouhgt there is one. Just ~20 min by car to Nice or Antibes. There is nerby megamarket with ultra low prices (6-7min by car) .

Summary: Excelent place to be close to Azure coast and expirince French countyside with nice climate

Positive: Nice charming apartment close to Nice on a quiet mountain top. Two balconys - great over the valley view on front balcony and relaxed nature view on the back. Hosts were very welcoming, helpful and nice. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place for a stopover or just chill for couple of days.
