The accommodation has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has two single beds and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for 1 child/young adult. The place can accommodate up to 5 people, which is a great for families and friends.
Both heating & cooling systems are available. There is a portable stove if you wish to cook some light meals for yourself. Other facilities include toaster,kettle, microwave, fridge, and basic kitchenware are provided. There is also a TV in the living room.
Last but not least: FREE Wifi & FREE street parking are available!
The nearest shopping centre is only 2 minutes drive from my place,which has Woolworths,cafe, chemist house and take away food shops.
It is 5 minutes driving distance to nearest beach. If you ever feel like watching sunrise/sunset,or just want to have a nice stroll on the beach, it’s just around corner.
If you wish to explore further, it is 20 minutes drive to the peninsula hot spring, wineries, and enchanted adventure garden.

Summary: We enjoyed our overnight stay in this clean and well presented accommodation. The host was kind enough to allow us to check in 2 hours early. It was close to Mornington Racecourse where we attended a concert. I would recommend this accommodation.
