Positive: We spent an unforgettable holiday at Villa Charlie in Costa Paradiso. This place is truly special – a beautifully renovated Sardinian-style home that combines authentic charm with modern comfort. One of the great advantages is having four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom – and one with a separate entrance from the outside, offering extra privacy. The interior is lovely – high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, a spacious living area with comfortable furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s also an outdoor kitchen with a grill and several cozy seating areas around the property. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight – shaded and offering breathtaking panoramic sea views. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset. And the infinity pool with a sea view… absolutely magical! The house is surrounded by lush greenery and a well-kept garden that creates a peaceful and private atmosphere. It’s an ideal spot for families, groups of friends or even multi-generational holidays. Villa Charlie exceeded our expectations – peaceful, stylish, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Highly recommended!

Positive: We were thrilled with the Villa which was stunning. It is in a Great location and It has a Beautiful pool. The Decor and interior design is modern and luxurious. Lots of outdoor space including multiple tables and chairs and a spacious roof terrace. It has a Modern kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There is an Outdoor kitchen and bbq. Newly built property that was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very efficient when we needed a new gas cylinder for the barbecue and helpful when we called them with any questions. Overall we had a great time at the property and really enjoyed the Costa Paradiso.

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed the Charlie’s Home. The house was very clean upon our arrival. It is spacious, modern, fully according to the description. There are several outdoor sitting areas. The modern air-condition system is comfortable, ensure nice ambience. The communication with the host Davide was always friendly and helpful, his answer to our inquiries is always prompt, which is very much appreciated. The sea view from the house is fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlers. The area is beautiful, several good restaurants are within walking distances. Overall, this house is highly recommended for enjoying the wonderful Sardinia. The check out process is easy, no fuss.

Negative: The check-in system is cumbersome and problematic in our view: We received a link to load up our personal data, even including requiring our tax number! At the same time, booking.com sent us an email to warn us not to use any links sent by any hosts! In general we are very much against sending our personal information on-line, especially in this case the rent was already taken. If for government registration purposes, other methods are available. In the end we agreed on another method with the host.
