Negative: Hello, when I went to the hotel, I found that the toilet was broken; The hair dryer is also broken, fortunately we brought it ourselves. The electric fan is not powerful at all, and we can't feel the wind blowing out. It's also very noisy. I asked the staff to get a new one, but no one paid attention to me. During our week-long vacation, it was stuffy and hot, and the children said it was very uncomfortable, especially at night they couldn't sleep well. I hope it can be improved. Thank you!

Positive: Perfectly furnished with all necessary things, clean, bright apartment. 10 minute walk to the pier and the tower, local shops and shopping mall. Great value for money, had a comfortable stay with my family of 5.

Negative: Unfortunately, there was some damp smell in the property. Our flat was the basement flat and the small front garden outside wasn't cleaned . A spare duvet was in a locked case under the sofa. When I tried contacting management asking for the code for the code on the lock, there was no reply .
