Positive: This property exceeded all my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, beds comfy and perfectly located right outside Bath. It was so very quaint and simply felt ‘special’ especially after spending the day in Bath. It had private parking (with no charge). The staff was super friendly breakfast the next morning was exceptional. It was reasonably priced also. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Negative: Nothing. It was perfect!!!

Summary: Beautiful, quaint lodge close to Bath with parking and excellent breakfast.

Positive: The room was very clean and the staff were polite. Location was good to.

Negative: I was very disappointed with the food it was not good at all. Very limited menu which offered basic food. Didn't even offer a steak option. The price charged did not meet the quality of food. Even the breakfast wasn't great we stayed for two nights and only went for breakfast the first morning.the second morning we found somewhere else. Such a shame because the pub and the room was lovely.

Positive: Perfect location for a trip to the races. Breakfast was really good. Room was cosy and touches like the water bottles were great. Bathroom lovely and shower very good.

Negative: There was a bit of road noise in the early morning with the room windows open but that is to be expected in a property on a main road and I was aware of its location when I booked it. I’m a light sleeper as well!
