Summary: Steve is welcoming and runs a beautiful hotel. My room overlooked the sea,and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely , fresh fruits, compôte , yoghurts, warm bread and croissants. Lovely coffee. All in all I would recommend Chapter 1 as a very civilised resting place.

Summary: What an amazing place to stay. The decor was beautifully designed. The host, Steve was so friendly and accommodating and made sure that we were given a room so that we could have plenty of space. The Italian breakfast was lovely, overlooking the sea. The location was very central to Weymouth beach and town. A charming place to stay. Definitely worth all the 5* reviews that have been written about it. Chapter 1 is worth a visit!

Summary: Anyone who has stayed here before will certainly be a return! the place is spotless, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the location is awesome, our room was a sea view room with a spy glass which my daughter used instead of her telescope and we both had the most amazing stay. We will definitely return!
